| 摘 要： | 目的探讨开腹胆囊切除术的手术治疗方法及其并发症的防范措施。方法对本院1995年1月-2007年1月行开腹胆囊切除术372例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组病例均痊愈出院。无医源性胆道损伤、出血及胆漏等并发症发生。结论若能准确把握开腹胆囊切除术的适应证及手术时机，规范手术操作，医源性胆道损伤是可以避免的。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical experience and complication prevention in open cholecystectomy.Methods A retrospective review was made on the clinical data of 372 cases subject to open cholecystectomy in our hospital from January 1995 to January 2007.Results All of the 372 cases were cured.No severe complications occurred,such as bleeding,bile leakage and iatrogenic injuries of the bile duct.Conclusion To accurately grasp the indication and operation opportunity and standardize operation can prevent iatrogenic injuries of the bile duct in open cholecystectomy. |
