青海省贵南县某村藏族HBsAg阳性率与血型关系的调查

日的：了解贵南县藏族牧民HBsAg阳性率与血型的关系，试图找出一条预防和控制HBV感染的措施。方法：对537名藏族牧民进行血型检测并以ELISA法测定HBV血清标记物。结果：受检人数中HBsAg总阳性率为8．01％，其中男性阳性率高于女性(P＜0．05)，在血型分布中，AB型HBsAg阳性率为28．57％，A型HBsAg阳性率为18．00％，O型HBsAg阳性率为4．21％，B型HBsAg性率为3．19％。结论：HBV对不同年龄组均有感染，男性阳性率高于女性，其感染率还与血型有密切关系。

TO STUDY THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN POSITIVE RATE OF HBSAG AND BLOOD GROUP IN TIBETANS OF GUINAN COUNTY

Objective To investigate the positive rate of HBsAg and the relationship with erythrocyte blood group in Tibetans of Guinan County,Qinghai province,provide the data for preventing and controlling infection of HBV.Method A epidemiological survey on positive rate of HBsAg in Tibetans had been carried out by ELISA technique and blood type determination.Result The result showed that the positive rate of HBsAg in Tibetans was 8%,lower than average level of the Nation.There were no significant differences among vary age phases,but the serum HBsAg positive rates in men were higher than women(p<0.01).In addition,there are markedly different distribution of positive rate of HBsAg among people with,A,B,O and AB blood group(p<0.01).Conclusion The result of statistic test on the serum positive rate of HBsAg in Tibetans of Guinan county,Qinghai province,showed that it is closely correlated with blood group,living ways,health conditions,environments and incomes.
