局麻下行无张力疝修补治疗有伴发病或高龄老年患者腹外疝的临床应用

目的：探讨局麻下行网塞充填式无张力疝修补治疗有伴发病或高龄老年人腹外疝的疗效。方法：回顾性分析88例局麻下行网塞充填式无张力疝修补治疗有伴发病或高龄老年患者腹外疝的临床资料,观察手术时间、术后并发症及复发率。结果：所有病人均治愈出院。术后并发尿潴留3例,阴囊积液2例,局部异物感3例。全部病人均获术后随访,随访时间3-24个月,无1例复发。结论：局麻下网塞充填式无张力疝修补是对人体生理功能干扰小,安全性高,手术方法简单,尤其适合有其它合并症不能耐受其它麻醉的老年人腹外疝的治疗。

The Application of Tension-free Hernia Repair in Elderly Abdominal External Hernia with Complication under Local Anesthesia
