早期矫治与恒牙咬合情况的研究

目的：探讨早期牙袷矫治对恒牙列萌出及咬合稳定的关系。方法：选择替牙期错袷患者6b例，应用单一或联合方法矫治，并随访进入成年阶段，观察患者在此期间的牙齿排列及咬合关系的变化。结果：所有患者均有良好的咬合关系，且保持咬合的稳定性。结论：通过早期矫治，主要是在替牙期进行的适当治疗，不仅能使恒牙在牙弓内正常萌出，而且还能获得长时间的稳定，大大减少复发的现象。

Study of Permanent Dentition Occlusal Relationship by Early Treatment

Objective: To investigate the relationship of early treatment and the permanent dentition occlusal.Method: Sixty mixed dentition patients with malocclusion were included in the study.Either singer or combined orthdontic treatment were applied.All patients were followed over 18 years old on their occlusal relationship and stability.Result: All study patients demonstrated good occlusal relationship and stability.Conclusion: Patients' permanent dentition can erupt normally with good long-term stability and significantly reduced relapses when their malocclusions are treated early in the mixed dentition stage.
