血液透析与病毒性肝炎的关系

目的：探讨血液透析与病毒性肝炎的关系。方法：采用酶联免疫法检测每例患者的ＨＡＶ，ＨＣＶ，ＨＤＶ，ＨＥＶ及ＨＢｓＡｇ并对血透各组和非透析组进行对比分析，结果：ＨＡＶ，ＨＤＶ，ＨＥＶ和ＨＢｓＡｇ的阳性率在各组单元差异；ＨＣＶ的阳性率在血透组和非血透组之间差异非常显著，且随着血透时间延长而增加，５年以上组达１００％，ＨＣＶ阳性率与是否输过血无关，结论：血透并不导致增加甲，乙，丁，戊型肝炎的感染，但明显增

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HEMODIALYSIS AND VIRAL HEPATITIS

OBJECTIVE To investigate the incidence and affecting factors of various hepatitis virus infections in hemodialysis(HD)patients. METHODOLOGY In this study,123 cases of chronic hemodialysis patients were included,and 47 pre dialysis patients with chronic renal failure were set as the control group.ELISA assays were applied to detect the corresponding serum markers of HAV,HBV,HCV,HDV and HEV.The incidence of the hepatitis virus infections and the affecting factors were compared between the hemodialysis patients and pre hemodialysis patients. RESULTS Significant differece of seropositivity rates of HCV was observed between HD group(52 8%) and the control group(6 4%).No significant differences were observed in the seropositivity rates of HAV,HBV,HDV and HEV markers between the HD group and the control group.HCV seropositivity rate increased with the duration of HD treatment ,and patients dialyzed over five years had a 100% seropositivity rate of HCV infection.In this group of HD patients,no significant difference of HCV seropositivity rate was found between HD patients received and not ever received blood or blood product transfusion in their history. CONCLUSION HD treatment does not affect the seropositivity rates of HAV,HBV,HDV and HEV in chronic hemodialysis patients seropositivity rate of HCV is affected by HD treatment and its duration
