牛黄降压方对自发性高血压大鼠肾小动脉影响的病理形态观察

摘    要:目的:观察牛黄降压方对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)肾小动脉硬化的影响。方法:选14周龄SHR大鼠,用牛黄降压方ig治疗8周,观察大鼠肾小动脉的病理变化。结果:牛黄降压方1.2,0.6,0.3 g·kg-1(生药粉),0.6 g·kg-1(片剂)组与模型组比较,血压均显著降低(P0.01),出现肾小动脉硬化的例数减少,分别占总动物数的20%,20%,30%,40%(模型组80%),病变血管数量减少,病变程度减轻,病理学评分分别为5,5,7,7分,(模型组20分),经秩和检验(K-S),牛黄降压方高、中治疗组与模型组差异有显著意义(P0.05)。结论:成年自发性高血压大鼠可继发肾小动脉硬化,牛黄降压方在抗血压升高的同时,对肾小动脉的硬化具有一定的保护作用。

Abstract:ObJective: To observe histopathological changes in renal arteriolar sclerosis for effect of Compound Calculus Bovis Depressurization Formula (CCBDF) on spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR). Method: SHR of 14-week was used in the study. The rats were treated with CCBDF through intragastric administration for 8 weeks, then histopathological changes in renal arteriole were investigated. Result: Compared with the model group, blood pressure in treated groups ·kg-1(crude drug powder)and 0.6 g ·kg-1(tablet)] were all reduced significantly(P<0.01); the numbers of SHR renal arteriolar sclerosis were decreased, accounting for 20%,20%,30%,40% of total animal number respectively(model group 80%); the number of vessels diseased(NVD) was reduced; and the extent of lesion was lessened. The pathological grades of the four treated groups was 5,5,7,7 score respectively(model group 20 score).Rank sum test (K-S)showed there was significant difference between treated groups(high and middle doses)and model group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Adult SHR can develop renal arteriolar sclerosis and CCBDF has protective effect on SHR renal arteriolar sclerosis as it reduces their hypertension.
