精神病患者住院期间外走行为分析

目的分析精神病患者住院期间发生外走的临床特征，加强防范。方法对2002年1月至2007年6月在我院住院治疗期间发生外走患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果33名发生外走行为患者中男性20名，占60．61％；女性13名，占39．39％；外走患者中诊断为精神分裂症者19名，占57．58％；住院时间〈1个月者最多，占69．70％；外走发生在白班者19人次，占52．78％；常见的外走形式是尾随工作人员身后外走，占2778％；探视时外走占22．22％。结论根据对患者外走行为分析，采取针对性的对策，防止患者发生外走行为。

Analysis of the runaway behaviors in hospitalized patients with psychiatric diseases
