贲门癌切除范围探讨

目的：探讨贲门癌切除长度和淋巴结清扫的范围，方法：对39例贲门癌切除术中与固定后长度进行测量，对60例术后标本进行病理学检查，分析了贲门癌切切除范围与其病理改变和淋巴结转移的部位，结果：贲门癌的浸润长度与肿瘤的分化程度，生长方式有显著性差异（P＜0．05），而与肿瘤的巨检类型，组织学类型，浸润深度，炎细胞反应，间质细胞反应和瘤体长长无显著性差异，结论：确定了手术切除贲门癌的长度和淋巴结清除的最佳范围。

STUDY ON REMOVAL RANGE OF CARDIAC CARCINOMA

Objective:To study the removal length of cardiac carcinoma and the clearance range of lymph nodes.Methods:The clearance length of the tumor was measured during the operation and after the fixation of the removed tumors in 39 cases of cardiac carcinoma.60 postoperative specimens were pathologically examined.The removal range,pathological change of cardiac carcinoma and the transferring parts of lymph node were analysed.Results:The difference was significant between the infiltration length of cardiac carcinoma and the differentiation degree and the growth ways of the tumors( P <0 05).But there was no notable difference between the infiltration length of cardiac carcinoma and the examination types under microscope,histological categories,infiltration depth,reaction of inflammatory cells,reaction of interstitial cells and the sizes of the tumors.Conclusion:Removal length of cardiac carcinoma by operation and the clearance range of lymph node are confirmed.
