血管组织工程生物材料细胞相容性的评价

摘    要:目的探讨以聚羟基丁酸戊酸酯(PHBV)为主体的几种生物材料和人包皮成纤维细胞的生物相容性,为组织工程血管初步选择较好的支架材料。方法将以PHBV为主体的几种生物材料和人包皮成纤维细胞体外培养,并对材料的接触角、细胞的形态和细胞的增生情况进行测定。结果所有的材料中,PHBV生物材料接触角最小,与细胞的相容性最好。结论PHBV具有良好的细胞相容性,从而为组织工程血管初步筛选出一种较好的生物材料。

Abstract:Objective To study the cytocompatibility of several biomaterials such as polyhydroxybutyrate-polyhydroxyvalerate(PHBV) with human fibroblast cell and provide the better materials for vascular tissue engineering. Methods The fibroblast cell were cultured on the surface of several biomaterials in vitro, then the morphological characters were observed with fluorescence microscope and cell proliferation were detected with MTT assay. In addition, the biomaterials contact angle were measured. Results In all biomaterials, PHBV's contact angle was the smallest and it's cytocompatibility is the best. Conclusion PHBV has good cytocompatibility and could be the better biomaterial for the vascular tissue engineering.
