15例链霉素致剥脱性皮炎型药疹不良反应分析

目的介绍链霉素引起罕见的剥脱性皮炎型药疹的临床特征及治疗方法。供临床用药参考。方法通过检索《中国期刊全文数据库》（1979-2005年）和王永铭主编的《药物不良反应多媒体光盘》（1960-1997）申有关链霉素引起剥脱性皮炎型药疹的病例报告，并对这些病例的相关情况进行汇总分析。结果共检索到有关链霉素引起剥脱性皮炎型药疹病例15例，经停用链霉素并积极时症治疗14例痊愈，1例死亡。结论链霉素引起的剥脱性皮炎型药疹属重型药疹，十分罕见，应引起临床医生高度重视。

Analysis of 15 ADR case reports of streptomycin-induced exfoliative dermatitis eruption

Objective To introduce clinic features and therapeutic methods of streptomycin-induced exfoliative dermatitis eruption. Method To checkout and < drug adverse reaction media mix optical disk> editored by Wang Yong-ming (1960-1997),the case reports of exfoliative der-matitis eruption were collected. The relate clinic features of the cases reports were analyzed. Result 15 case re-ports of streptomycin-induced exfoliative dermatitis eruption were searched.14 cases of 15 were healed by stop using streptomycin and symptomatic treatment actively. The other was death. Conclusion Streptomycin-induced exfo-liative dermatitis eruption belongs to gravis type drug eruption. The eruption is very rare and should be taken highly care of by clinician.
