Survivin在胰腺癌中的表达及其与Bcl-2表达的相关性

目的:探讨胰腺癌中Survivin的表达及其与Bcl-2蛋白表达的相关性。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测42例胰腺癌和10例正常胰腺组织中Survivin、Bcl-2的表达。结果:42例胰腺癌中有34例出现阳性表达,阳性率为81.95%,而正常胰腺组织中未见Survivin表达,而且Survivin的表达与TNM分期、分化程度存在显著正相关;Bcl-2表达阳性、阴性者中Survivin阳性表达率分别为28/30、6/12,二者比较差异有显著性。结论:Survivin的高度表达在胰腺癌的发生、发展中具有重要作用,Survivin的表达与Bcl-2蛋白表达密切相关,可作为预后不良的生物学指标。

Expression of Bcl-2 and a Novel Anti-apoptosis Gene, Survivin, in Pancreatic Cancer

Objective: To investigate the expression of survivin in pancreatic canc er and its relationship with the expression of bcl2. Methods: By using immunohistochemistry, survivin and bcl2 expression were measured in tissue specimens from 42 cases of pancreatic cancers and 10 normal pancreases. Results: No survivin expression was detected in normal pancreas es, while the survivin expression was positive in 34 of 42 pancreatic cancers (8 1.95%). Correlation was found between the expression of survivin and the differe ntiation and staging of the pancreatic cancers. Survivin positive rates were str ongly associated with bcl2 expression (P<0.05). Conclusion: These findings suggests that overexpression of survivin plays a crucial role in the origin and development of pancreatic cancer, and correlates with the expression of bcl2, and the expression of survivin can be used as a prognosti c factor.
