屋尘螨变应原疫苗治疗变应性鼻炎疗效观察

目的 评价屋尘螨变应原疫苗治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效及安全性.方法 选择对屋尘螨过敏的变应性鼻炎47例患者进行特异性免疫治疗(SIT)51周,采用病例自身对照方法分别比较治疗前后症状评分、鼻气道阻力,统计其不良反应的发生情况.结果 47例患者治疗前后症状评分分别是(7.40±1.64)分、(3.40±1.50)分,鼻气道阻力分别是(2.02±0.72)kPa·s-1·L-1、(1.06±0.81)kPa·s-1·L-1,差异均有统计学意义(t＝ 15.49、44.44,均P＜0.01),所有患者无严重不良事件发生.结论 坚持长期SIT能明显缓解变应性鼻炎的临床症状,降低鼻气道阻力,屋尘螨变应原疫苗治疗变应性鼻炎有效、安全.

Observation of the effect of house dust mite vaccine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of house dust mite vaccine in the treatment of house dust mite-allergic rhinitis. Methods 47 patients with allergic rhinitis were recruited into the study. The course of SIT was treated by house dust mite vaccine for 51 weeks. Serf-contrast method was used to compare the symptom score, nasal airway resistance before and after treatment. Then we observed the security in the process of injection. Results The symptom score was （7.40 ±1.64 ） vs （ 3.40±1.50） pre and post therapy. Nasal airway resistance were （2.02 ± 0.72） vs （ 1.06 ±0.81 ） kPa· s - 1 . L -1. Both the values of the data had significant differences （ t = 15.49,4.44, all P 〈 0.01 ）. No serious adverse reaction was observed. Conclusion SIT was able to improve the clin- ical symptoms and decrease nasal airway resistance. House dust mite vaccine was an effect and safe drug for the dust mite allergic asthma patients.
