去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗青春期功能性子宫出血的疗效分析

目的 探讨去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗青春期功能性子宫出血的临床疗效及安全性.方法 将120例青春期功能性子宫出血患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各60例.对照组给予结合型雌激素口服,观察组患者给予去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗.比较两组临床疗效、控制出血时间、完全出血时间及不良反应发生率.结果 观察组和对照组治疗总有效率分别为100.0％和90.0％,观察组显著高于对照组(x2=6.316,P＜0.01)；观察组控制出血时间及完全出血时间显著少于对照组(t=6.638、8.542,均P＜0.01)；观察组和对照组不良反应发生率分别为11.7％和65.0％,差异有统计学意义(x2=36.099,P＜0.01).结论 去氧孕烯炔雌醇控制青春期功能性子宫出血迅速有效,不良反应少,患者耐受性好.

The effect analysis of marvelon on dysfunctional uterine bleeding in adolescent patients

Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety evaluation of marvelon on dysfunctional uter- ine bleeding in adolescent patients. Methods 120 adolescent patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding were ran- domly divided into control group and experience group with 60 patients in each group. Control group was given oral ad- ministration of premarin and experience group received marvelon oral treatment. Clinical effect, the time of control bleeding and completely stop bleeding and incidence of adverse reaction were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate in experience group was much higher than that in control group （100. 0% vs 90. 0% ,χ2 = 6. 316 ,P 〈0.01 ） ;The time of control bleeding and completely stop bleeding in experience group were much lower than that in control group（ t = 6. 638,8. 542, all P 〈 0.01 ） ;The incidence of adverse reaction in experi- ence group and control group were 11.7% and 65.0% respectively with significant difference（ χ2 = 36. 099, all P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Marvelon on dysfunctional uterine bleeding in adolescent patients is beneficial to rapid and ef- fective hemostasis with less adverse reaction rate and better tolerance.
