机采血小板发生献血反应原因分析及预防

目的：通过调查和分析机采血小板献血者献血反应的原因及临床表现，探讨如何预防和减少献血反应的发生。方法：对机采血小板发生献血反应者的影响因素进行调查分析，并采取有效预防措施。结果：1869人次机采血小板发生献血反应者有37例，发生率为1．98％，其中轻度反应有32例，占86．49％，中度反应有5例，占13．51％；无重度反应。结论：通过加大宣传教育力度，普及献血知识，做好心理护理，提高穿刺技术，改善献血环境等可有效地预防和减少献血反应的发生。

Analysis and prevention on blood donation reaction of platelet collecting by machine

Objective ： Discuss how to prevent and reduce the occuring of blood donation reaction by investigating and analyzing the reasons of blood donation reaction and clinical expression on donater of platelet collecting by machine. Methods ： Make the statistical investigation on the influence factors of blood donation reaction to donater of platelet collecting by Machine. Rusuls ：37 peoples have blood donation reaction in 1 869 people taking Platelet collecting by Machine , 32 peoples have minimal response, 5 peoples have moderate reaction. Conclusion ： Effectively prevent or reduce the occuring of blood donation reaction by intensifying plulicizing and education, widespeading knowledge about blood donation, doing well in psychology nursing , improving puncture technology, reforming enviromnent in blood donation collectingetc.
