经尿道输尿管肾镜的临床应用(附25例报告)

我院自1988年至1991年应用Wolf F 11.5和12.5硬性输尿管肾镜,经尿道行肾盂、输尿管疾病的检查和治疗25例,其中输尿管结石20例;肾积水3例;血尿1例(输尿管上段乳头状瘤);肾盂内异物1例。镜检成功率84％,取石成功率90％。文中报道了将Wolf 2117吸引泵反向应用作液压灌注扩张输尿管系统取得良好效果的经验,并对适应症的选择和并发症的防治进行了讨论。

Clinical Application of Ureteroscopy (25 cases)

From 1988 to 1991,Woft F 11.5 and F 12.5 rigid type ureteroscopy was performed on 25 cases for examination and treatment. Of those 25 cases, 20 were ureter stones, 3 nephrosis, 1 hematuria and 1 pyelic foreign body. The success rate of ureteroscopy was 84% and that of ureteroscopic lithotomy was 90%. In our paper, we also reported the experience of how Wolf 2117 suction pump was used for the dilatation with pressure irrigation with good results. And at the same time, the Selection of indication, prevention and treatment of complication were also discussed in the paper.
