不同根充材料根管充填术后疼痛的临床比较研究

目的观察两种根管充填材料一次性根管充填后短期疼痛发生情况。方法选择302颗需要进行根管治疗的死髓牙,将无窦道的患牙随机分为A1、A2组,将有窦道的患牙随机分为B1、B2组。A1和B1组用氢氧化钙作根管内封药,A2和B2组用甲醛甲酚作根管内封药,比较疼痛发生情况。结果氢氧化钙组(A1、B1组)较甲醛甲酚组(A2、B2组)疼痛发生率低,二者差异有统计学意义(P0.05);非自愈性疼痛各组间差异无统计学意义。结论氢氧化钙根管充填是一种较好的一次性根管充填材料。

Analysis of Pain Occurrence Applying Different Materials for Root Canal Therapy

Objective To compare the occurrence of pain applying different materials of root Anal therapy in vital teeth. Methods 302 randomly selected clinical need for root canal treatment dead dental pulp,sinus of the teeth will be randomly divided into A1, A2 group,there will be no sinus in the teeth were randomly divided into B1 ,B2 groups. A1 ,B1 groups cortisomol sealer used with calcium hydroxide,A2,B2 group with formocresol. Results calcium hydroxide paste group （A1 group,B1 group） is lower than formocresol group （A2 group,B2 group） pain, there were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）;non-self-healing pain is no significant difference between groups. Conclusion R calcium hydroxide sealer can decrease the rate of pain occurrence after root canal filling.
