| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨辛芷鼻敏胶囊对变应性鼻炎(A llergic rhinitis,AR)实验性大鼠脾脏组织中白细胞介素-5(Interleukin-5,IL-5)和鼻黏膜嗜酸性粒细胞(Eosinophil,EOS)表达的影响,明确其药效机制。方法:将40只大鼠随机分为4组,除正常对照组外,其余3组造模,造模成功后给药物治疗,7 d后测定各组IL-5含量,并计数EOS。结果:实验药物组的EOS计数和IL-5的含量明显低于模型对照组及阳性对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:辛芷鼻敏胶囊能通过降低AR发病过程中IL-5的表达,减少EOS的浸润,从而控制AR症状。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effects of Xinzhi Bimin Capsules on the contents of IL-5 in the spleen and the expression of EOS in the nasal mucosa of rats with allergil rhinitis(AR),and identify the mechanism of potency.Methods:40 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups.Except normal group,the rest were made models,and treated after successfully made models.The contents of IL-5 and the count of EOS was detected 7 days later.Results: The contents of IL-5 and the count of EOS in experimental group were significantly lower ones in model group and positive control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion: Xinzhi Bimin Capsules can control the symptom of AR by reduce the expression of IL-5 and the infiltration of EOS. |
