全面流程管理在急诊护理管理中实施与效果评价

摘    要:目的:为了体现急诊工作的时效性,创建科学的急诊护理管理流程。介绍该院急诊中心从2006年7月起将全面流程管理应用于急诊护理管理之中。方法:成立流程管理小组,对现有流程作调研,对存在的问题通过规范流程、优化流程、再造流程,全方位进行静态和动态的流程管理。结果:经过3年多的临床实践,护理不良事件发生率下降36.2%,急诊危重病人转运不安全事件下降了55.4%,病人的满意度提高6.1%。结论:流程管理保证了病人安全,提升了护理服务品质。

Abstract:Objective: To establish scientific nursing management process. Methods: The total process management was applied in the emergency nursing management since July, 2006, those were setting up the process managing group, investigating existing process, managing the existing problems by standardizing, optimizing and reengineering process. Static and dynamic process management was applied. Results: The nursing adverse event incidence rate decreased 36.2%, the unsafe event of critically-ill patients' transportation decreased 55.4%, the patients' satisfaction increased 6.1% after the application of process management for more than three years. Conclusion: Process management can safeguard patients' safety and improve nursing service quality.
