摘    要:目的:研究柔性纳米脂质体对皮肤角质层结构的改变.方法:将等渗磷酸盐缓冲液(pH 7.4)、柔性纳米脂质体、胆酸钠溶液分别应用于人离体皮肤角质层和小鼠在体皮肤表面,应用扫描电镜观察角质层的结构.结果:离体条件下,柔性纳米脂质体处理过的人角质层,角质细胞间隙明显增宽.在体条件下,小鼠皮肤表面无显著性差异.结论:离体条件下,柔性纳米脂质体在角质层中的转运可能以融合扩散为主,在体条件下以穿透机制为主,且并不改变皮肤结构.

Abstract:AIM:To discover the structure change of stratum corneum with flexible nanoliposome METHOD:Isotonic phosphate buffer(pH 7 4),flexible nanoliposome and sodium cholate solution were respectively applied to cadaver stratum corneum and the mice skin Scan electron microscopy was utilized to observe the structural change RESULT:Interstices were widened up after application of flexible nanoliposomes in vitro,but there was no significant change of skin structure in situ in mice CONCLUSION:The transport mechanism was probably fusion in vitro and penetration in situ
