中西医结合治疗糖尿病便秘的疗效观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病便秘的疗效。方法：将81例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，治疗组采用中西医结合治疗，对照组采用单纯西药治疗，观察治疗前后的症状改变及血糖变化。结果：根据临床观察与统计学综合分析显示治疗组有效率占80％，对照组痊愈和显效占26．8％结论：中西医结合治疗糖尿病便秘有较好的疗效。

Observation on Treatment Effect of Combined Therapy of Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Astriction of Diabetes Mellitus

Objective： To observe the effect of combined therapy of Chinese and western medicine in treating astriction of diabetes mellitus. Methods： 81 cases of astriction of diabetes mellitus were classified into 2 groups and treated by different methods, then, clinical effect and statistical analysis was made. Results： Effectiveness rate of test group and control group were 80% and 26. 8% respectively by observation and comprehensive analysis of clinical effect and statistical results. Conclusion： Combined therapy of Chinese and western medicine shows an effectiveness in treating astriction of diabetes mellitus.
