超声影像专业队伍培养的探讨

超声影像医学是指运用现代高新医学影像技术对医学图像进行综合分析,是临床医学中使用率最高的诊断和治疗手段之一。超声诊疗对人员素质的依赖性大,新型技术层出不穷,但目前医学院校对超声影像专业学生的实践能力培养不足,且部分在职人员知识素质较低。因此,需要丰富教学形式,重视实践能力培养,同时加强在岗培训,提高在职人员专业素质。

Discussion and Countermeasures of Professional Contingent Cultivation in Ultrasonography

Ultrasonography is applied to analyzing medical images with modern and advanced technology as one of the most widely used diagnosis and treatment methods.The overall quality of staff in ultrasound department has a bearing on the efficiency of ultrasound diagnosis and treatment,and new technologies keep emerging.However,medical colleges have not paid enough attention on cultivation of practice ability of ultrasonography majors.The experienced staff in office has a relatively weak knowledge basis.Therefore,it is necessary to enrich the tea-ching approaches,focus more on practice ability,intensify the in-service training so as to enhance the professional quality.
