预见性护理对亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤患者的作用

目的 探讨预见性护理在亚低温脑保护治疗重型颅脑损伤患者中的作用.方法 对比分析亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤在采用预见性护理措施前后患者并发症的出现情况和疗效.结果 采用预见性护理措施之后,亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤患者的死亡率下降11.5％(P＜0.05),重残率下降1.6％,并发症明显减少.结论 预见性护理措施与传统护理相比,能明显减少亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤患者的死亡率、致残率及并发症发生率.

Effect of predictive nursing on sub-hypothermia in treating patients with severe head injury

Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing on sub-hypothermia cerebral protection therapy in the patients with severe head injury.Methods The complications and the curative effects in the patients with severe head injury treated by sub-hypothermia were comparatively analyzed.Results After predictive nursing,the death rate was dropped by 11.5%(P<0.05),the severe disabled rate was dropped by 1.6%,and the complications were reduced obviously.Conclusion Compared to the traditional nursing,the predictive nursing can significantly reduce the death rate,disabled rate and the occurrence rate of complications in the patients with severe head injury treated by sub-hypothermia.
