烟台市部分海域常见水产品锑含量水平及污染评价

目的]测定并分析评价烟台市部分海域不同种类海产品中Sb含量水平。方法]利用氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定海产品中Sb含量,并采用方差分析及重金属单因子污染指数法对不同种类海产品中Sb含量状况进行分析。结果]15种海产品Sb平均含量为0.006 3mg/kg,其中鱼类为0.004±0.000 4mg/kg,软体动物为0.005±0.000 3mg/kg,甲壳类为0.007±0.000 4mg/kg,贝类为0.009±0.001 1mg/kg,贝类海产品Sb含量显著高于鱼类、软体动物及甲壳类(P<0.05),所有海产品单因子污染指数均小于0.2,其中,蛏子的Sb单因子污染指数最高(0.030 0)。结论]烟台市黄渤海海域所采集的15种海产品均检出重金属Sb,但Sb浓度处于正常水平,尚未出现Sb污染现象。

Evaluation on the Content and Pollution of Sb in Marine Products from Some Sea Areas in Yantai City

Objective]To determine and analyze the Sb content in different kinds of marine products in some sea waters of Yantai city.Methods]The content of Sb was detected by HG-AFS and the pollution status of Sb in different marine products was analyzed by analysis of variance and the method of single factor pollution index.Results]The mean content of Sb in all 15 kinds of marine products was 0.006 3 mg/kg;fishes was 0.004±0.000 4 mg/kg,molluscs was 0.005±0.000 3 mg/kg,crustaceans was 0.007±0.000 4 mg/kg,shellfish was 0.009±0.001 1 mg/kg,the Sb content of the shellfish products was significantly higher than that of the fish,mollusca and crustacean products(P<0.05);The single factor pollution index of all kinds of marine products was lower than 0.2 and the single factor pollution index of the razor clam was the highest among all kinds of marine products(0.000 3).Conclusion]Although Sb is detected in all 15 kinds of marine products from 4 sea waters in Yantai city,the Sb content is still in a normal range and there is no pollution of Sb.
