| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate impact of early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on recovery of limbs of patients with post stroke paralysis.Main prognosis indexes:Motion was evaluated using simplified Fugl-Meyer scale,ADL was evaluated using Barthel index.Result:Motion of limbs and ADL showed significant improvement in rehabilitation group,Difference was significant compared with control group(P&;lt;0.01).Conclusion:Early comprehensive treatment with facilitation emphasized has significant effect on limbs recovery in poststroke paralysis patients. |
