| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脊柱转移瘤的手术目的、适应证、术式选择及疗效。方法2003年6月～2006年6月，对37例脊柱转移瘤患者行手术治疗，包括颈椎转移8例，胸椎转移18例，腰椎转移11例。观察术后生存质量的改善情况。结果平均随访18个月。疼痛缓解率87％，27例神经功能恢复按Frankel分级提高1～3级。6例术前没有神经症状，术后一直未出现神经症状。4例神经功能无恢复。结论手术治疗脊柱转移瘤，可以明显缓解患者疼痛，改善神经症状，预防继发神经功能障碍，提高脊柱转移瘤患者的生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the surgical approach and the clinical effect of surgical treatment of primary and metastatic tumor of the spine. Methods T 37 cases of spinal tumor were analysed retrospectively. All the patients were treated by surgical operation treatment. Results The follow-up averaged 18 months (range 3-36 months). Pain was relieved in 27 of 31 patients(87%). 27 patients gained one to three Frankel grade of neurological recovery as a consequence of decompression. There is no neurological symptoms appearance after operation on 6 patients of metastatic tumor that has no neurological symptoms before operation. 4 patients did not gain neurological function improvement. Conclusions Surgical treatment can relieve the symptoms and improve the survival for metastatic patients. |
