脑卒中患者的早期康复护理探析

目的探讨脑卒中患者的早期康复护理。方法本次研究选择的对象共60例,均为我院2011年4月至2012年4月收治的脑卒中患者,按观察组和对照组各30例划分,对照组行脑血管科常规护理,观察组加强早期康复护理干预,回顾相关资料。结果两组患者干预前运动功能评分及日常生活能力评分无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后均有所升高,但观察组升高幅度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强脑卒中患者早期康复护理,可显著改善日常生活能力及运动功能,使患者生存质量得到明显改善。

Stroke Patients with Early Rehabilitation Nursing Analysis

Objective To study the brain stroke patients with early rehabilitation nursing. Methods This study selected objects were sixty cases, are all from April 2011 to April 2012 stroke patients were, according to the observation group and control group 30 cases each division, control line cerebrovascular department routine nursing, the observation group strengthen early rehabilitation nursing intervention, review the material. Results Two groups of patients before intervention movement function score and the daily life ability score no significant difference （P〉0.05）, after the intervention have been increased, but significant increase in the observation group was better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Strengthen the stroke patients early rehabilitation nursing, can improve the ability of daily life and movement function, make patient quality of life have been improved obviously.
