中晚期肝癌介入治疗术后常见并发症的护理研究

目的探讨中晚期肝癌介入治疗术后常见并发症的护理疗效。方法选取本院2011年1月至2012年9月收治的中晚期肝癌介入治疗患者107例,分析术后并发症情况并给予相应护理。结果发热30例(28.0%),腹痛27例(25.2%),胃肠道反应25例(23.4%),穿刺部位出血或血肿4例(3.7%),肝功能损害9例(8.4%,),骨髓抑制12例(11.2%),经统计学分析,u=39.488,P=0.000,差异有统计学意义。经有效治疗和护理干预,患者全部治愈。结论发热、腹痛、胃肠道反应、穿刺部位出血或血肿、肝功能损害、骨髓抑制均是中晚期肝癌介入治疗术后常见并发症,有效的护理干预可明显缓解患者病症,改善预后。

Nursing Research on Postoperative Complications of Interventional Therapy for Advanced Liver Cancer

Objective To investigate the nursing effect on postoperative complications of interventional therapy for advanced liver cancer. Methods 107 patients with advanced liver cancer who accepted interventional therapy were selected in hospital from January 2011 to September 2012. Postoperative complications were analysis. Patients were given corresponding nursing. Results Fever in 30 cases （28%）, abdominal pain in 27 cases （25.2%）, gastrointestinal reactions in 25 cases （23.4%）, the puncture site hemorrhage or hematoma in 4 cases （3.7%）, liver function damage in 9 cases （8.4%）, bone marrow suppression in 12 cases （11.2%）. By statistical analysis, u=39.488, P=-0.000, difference was statistically significant. After effective treatment and nursing intervention, all patients cured. Conclusion Fever, abdominal pain, gastrointestinal tract reaction, the puncture site hemorrhage or hematoma, liver function damage, bone marrow suppression are postoperative complications of interventional therapy for advanced liver cancer. Effective nursing intervention can obviously alleviate patient＇s symptoms, which can also improve the prognosis.
