平阳霉素联合地塞米松治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤的临床疗效

目的探讨平阳霉素联合地塞米松治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤的临床疗效。方法选择我院收治的口腔颌面部血管瘤患者50例,随机分为两组,观察组和对照组各25例,观察组给予平阳霉素联合地塞米松治疗,对照组仅给予平阳霉素,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组和对照组的治愈率分别为96%、68%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论平阳霉素联合地塞米松治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤的临床疗效显著,具有安全、有效、方便、不良反应小,治愈率高等特点,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Efficacy of Pingyangmycin Joint Dexamethasone Treatment of Oral and Maxillofacial Hemangioma

Objective Discuss pingyangmycin joint dexamethasone treatment the clinical efficacy of oral and maxillofacial hemangioma. Methods Our choice of oral and maxillofacial hemangioma patients were fifty cases were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and control group the 25 cases, observation group was given pingyangmycin dexamethasone combined treatment group, only give pingyangmycin, compared with two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. Results The observation group and the control group the cure rate was 96% and 68%, respectively, the differences between the two groups have statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pingyangmycin joint dexamethasone treatment of oral and maxillofacial hemangioma clinical curative effect is distinct, with safe, effective, convenient and side effect is small, the cure rate higher characteristic, it is worth clinical application.
