某院266例药品不良反应的分析

目的总结我院2011年药品不良反应(ADR)发生情况,为临床安全用药提供参考,减少ADR的发生。方法回顾性汇总分析我院2011年1月1日至2011年12月31日上报的ADR报告。结果全年上报共266例,女性占55.6%,60岁以上患者占48.5%,给药途径以静脉滴注最多,占95.1%,ADR以抗肿瘤药物最多,其次是抗微生物类药,临床表现皮肤变态反应多见,无新的ADR报告。结论继续加强药物不良反应监测,提高临床合理用药水平。

Analysis of 266 Cases of Adverse Drug Reactions in A Hospital

To study the situation of the adverse drug reactions（ADR） occurred in our hospital in order to promote clinical rational use of drugs and reduce the incidence of ADR.Methods A retrospective investigation was used for 266 cases of ADRs collected in our hospital from 2011-01-01 to 2011-12-31 and their statistics was analyzed.Results In the 266 ADR cases,females（148 cases/55.6%） showed higher proportion than males（118 cases/ 44.4%）.Of all ADR cases,129 cases（48.5） was occurred in the elderly and 253 cases（95.1%） induced via intravenous drip infusion.Of the total 266 cases,78 cases（29.3%） were induced by anti-tumor medicine and 75 cases（28.2%） by anti-Infective drugs.96 cases（50.53%） manifested as lesions of skin and accessories.Conclusion ADR monitoring should be strengthened in order to ensure safe and effective drug use for patients and reduce the opportunities of ADR occurred.
