巴曲酶治疗突发性耳聋的有效性和药理分析

目的观察巴曲酶治疗突发性耳聋的有效性,并分析其药理作用,以供临床借鉴和参考。方法以2009年9月至2012年8月在我院耳鼻喉科接受治疗的突发性耳聋患者135例为研究对象,进行随机分组,均给予常规综合治疗。观察组同时给予巴曲酶静脉滴注。观察两组患者听力恢复情况,并比较治疗前后凝血功能各指标的差异。结果与对照组相比较,观察组听力恢复情况明显较好,有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比较,观察组凝血功能有明显改善,有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后凝血功能无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论采用巴曲酶治疗突发性耳聋临床疗效较为满意,对患者的康复具有积极的促进作用,值得临床推广。

Effecacy of Batroxobin in Treatment of Sudden Deafness and Pharmacological Analysis

Objective Observe effect of Batroxobin in treatment of sudden deafness,analyse its pharmacological effect for clinical reference.Methods Choose 135 cases from September 2009 to August 2012 in our hospital as research object,divided randomLy into 2 groups,given routine treatment.Observation group given batroxobin.Observed hearing recovery of the 2 group,and compared before and after treatment of coagulation indexes.Results Compared with control group,observation group was significantly better hearing recovery,with significant statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Compared with before treatment,observation group coagulation function were obviously improved,with significant statistical difference（P〉0.05）.Control group before and after treatment coagulation function had no significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Batroxobin in treatment of sudden deafness clinical effect is satisfied,stimulate the rehabilitation,worthy of clinical application.
