不典型关节损伤的影像学对照研究

目的:探讨不典型关节损伤的X线平片、CT及MRI诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析19例关节损伤X线平片、CT及MRI影像学表现,评估三种检查方法的诊断意义及特点。结果:19例中17例X线平片和CT未见异常,2例X线平片可疑骨折而CT诊断隐匿性骨折,19例MRI均能显示骨挫伤的部位及范围,但未能显示骨折,部分病例显示韧带损伤及关节囊积液。结论:MRI能全面反映关节各组织结构的损伤情况,但不能明确区分骨挫伤与隐匿性骨折,CT对隐匿性骨折的诊断有独特作用,但不能显示骨挫伤,X线平片诊断价值有限。

The Atypical Joint Damages X Even Piecc,CT and MRI Comparison

Objective To study diagnosis value of X-ray, CT and MRI to atypical joint damage. Methods Review X-ray, CT and MRI data of 19 cases joints damage. Results 17 cases X-ray can not find lesions, 2 cases bone tinctures were suspected, and CT demonstrated 2 cases concealment bone tincture. MRI demonstrated 19 cases bones dampen spot and scope, can not demonstrate concealment bone fracture, some cases demonstrated the ligament damage and articular capsule fluid. Conclusion MRI can find all joint organizational structure comprehensively and the damage situation,But can not difference the discrimination bone bruise and the concealment bone tincture, CT can find the concealment bone tincture easily, But cannot demonstrate the bone bruise and the joint soft tissue damage
