自由生活阿米巴的形态定量分析

摘    要:本文将面积、等效圆直径和圆形状因子用作阿米巴形态定量分析的指标;运用图象分析技术,对3个不同属的4个自由生活阿米巴分离株样本进行了形态定量分析。结果显示:不同属的3个种的滋养体的面积,包囊的面积、等效圆直径以及滋养体和包囊的核和核仁的面积、等效圆直径之间差异均有高度显著性。

Abstract:Morphometrical analysis was applied to measure AREA,D-circle and Form PE of the four isolates of free living amoebae belonging to three different genera. The results showed that in three species of not the same genus, there were highly significant differences in the AREA of trophozoite, the AREA and the D- circles of cyst and the AREA, D-circles of kernel and nuclei of trophozoite and cyst. But there were no significant differences between the pathogenic and non-pathogenic strains from the same speies except the AREA of trophozoit, Form PE of kernel,and the AREA D-circle and Form PE of nucleus of cyst.
