| 摘 要： | [目的 ] 了解上海市浦东地区与禽类、猪等动物接触的职业人群中H5、H9亚型流感病毒的既往感染状况。 [方法 ] 对浦东地区与禽类、猪等动物接触的职业人群和部分健康体检者进行H5、H 9亚型流感病毒的血清流行病学调查。 [结果 ] 与禽类、猪等动物接触的职业人群H5、H 9亚型流感病毒抗体阳性率分别为 1.3 %、5 .1% ,健康体检者H5、H9亚型流感病毒抗体阳性率分别为 0 %、2 .1%。 [结论 ] 与禽类、猪等动物接触的职业人群既往存在H5、H9亚型流感病毒的感染 ,一般人群中既往存在H9亚型流感病毒的感染

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the condition of the past infection in the professional population contacting with the animals including poultry and pigs. [Methods] Seroepidemiological surveys for influenza A(H5, H9) virus in the professional population contacting with the animals and some healthy men under medical examination. [Results] 1.3% and 5.1% of the professional population had antibody to influenza A(H5, H9) antigen with HI titers ≥1∶20, respectively, while 0% and 2.1% of the common population had antibody to influenza A(H5, H9) antigen with HI titers ≥1∶20. [Conclusion] There had been infections of influenza A(H5, H9) virus in the professional population and had been the infections of influenza A(H5, H9) virus in the common population, too. |
