嗜铬细胞瘤的超声显像诊断与鉴别诊断

报告３１例嗜铬细胞瘤的超声显像诊断结果，其中包括１０例异位嗜铬细胞瘤，经与手术及病理诊断结果对比，超声显像对嗜铬细胞瘤的诊断正确率为９６．８％。结果表明，超声既能显示肿瘤的大小、形态，观察肿瘤内有无出血、坏死或囊性变，同时尚可观察肿瘤与周围脏器尤其是与大血管的关系，从而于术前作出较准确的诊断与定位。本文就嗜铬细胞瘤的超声鉴别诊断及存在的问题与对策等进行了讨论。

Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of Pheochromocytoma by Ultrasonography

The ultrasonographic results of 31 cases of pheochromocytoma with diagnosis confirmed by surgery and pathology were reported.Among them,there were 10 cases of ectopic pheochromocytoma. The accuracy of ultrasonography in diagnosis was 96.8%.The results suggest that the ultrasonograthy can show the size and morphological features of pheochromocytorna,detect the hemorrhase,necrosis or cystic degeneration within the tumor and observe the relation between the tumors and the surroundrng organs especially the great vessels.Ultrasonography can make an accurate diagnosis including the location of pheochromocytoma.The differential diagnosis,the limitations and the improved method of ultrasonic imaging in pheochromocytoma are discussed.
