经门静脉CO2超声造影在留置导管肝癌中的初步应用

摘    要:通过对11例肝癌术后留置门静脉导管患者进行了CO2肝脏超声造影的研究。结果显示CO2造影使肝内增强里局限型或弥漫型;肝实质增强持续时间平均大于42分钟。而肝癌内未见气体增强表现,即呈低回声型,并且较造影前更清晰突出。研究认为肝癌的血供不一定全部都有门静脉血供,并且CO2门脉造影可作为发现肝癌和监测导管的一种手段。

Abstract:CO2 enhanced ultrasonography was done in eleven postoperative patients of hepatocellular cacinoma with indwelling portal catheter.When CO2 microbubbles were injected to portalvein, the sonogram of liver parenchyma and tumor was enhanced.The enhanced display of liver parenchyma was focal and diffuse lasting more than 42 minutes in average.The liver tumor was hypoechoic with clear margin.CO2 microbubbles did not appear in the fool of the liver tumor;this was resulted from the lack of portal vein supply to the liver tumor in our cases.Therefore,CO2 enhanced ultrasonography via portal vein could display clearly the liver turner and monitor the condition of catheter.
