B超引导穿刺注入硬化剂治疗盆腔囊性肿物

介绍Ｂ超引导下穿刺注入硬化剂治疗盆腔囊性肿物１６４例，１７２个囊腔，共治疗２２８次，治愈率９０％，有效率９８％。探讨了无水乙醇与５０％葡萄糖联合应用的优越性，分析了硬化剂产生疼痛原因及预防。该疗法操作简便、安全、治愈率高、不受腹腔粘连的影响，经随访无复发，取得与手术近似的疗效，值得在临床推广应用。

Sclerotherapy of Pelvic Cystic Mass with Injection Induced by B-mode Ultrasound

Two hundred and twenty-eight times of sclerotherapy were done in 164 cases of pelvic cystic masses(172 cysts)with injection induced by B-mode ultrasound. The result showed that the cure rate was 90% and the effective rate was 98%.There was no recurrence after following up 3 month to 3 years.The superiority of the combined use of anhydrous ethanol and 50% glucose was investigated.The cause and the prevention of the pain due to sclerosing agent were analyzed.It is suggested that the sclerotherapy is simple and safe.It has high cure rate with the theurapeutic effect comparable to surgery.No reurrence appeared after following up.It is practical to promote its use clinically.
