实时超声显像对先天性输尿管异位开口的诊断探讨

报告１５例先天性输尿管异位开口的超声诊断结果，经与手术结果对比，超声诊断符合率为８６．７％（１３／１５）。结果表明：实时超声显像可对诊断与治疗本病提供可靠的依据，尤对碘过敏或行静脉上尿路造影星影不佳而又难以接受逆行上尿路造影者，具有独特的优点。本文就先天性输尿管异位开口的超声扫查方法．声像图表现及超声诊断存在的不足等问题进行了详细的讨论。

Red-time Ultrasonographic Diagnosis of Congenital Ectopic Ureteral Orifice

The results of ultrasonographic diagnosis in 15 patients with congenital ectopic ureteral orifice were reported. Compared with the surgical findings,the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasonography was 86.7%(13/15).It is suggested that the real-time ultrasonography provides a reliable diagnostic criterion of the disease,espeially for those who are hypersensitive to iodine and when the intravenous urography is unsatisfactory and the patient cannot endure retrograde urography. The method of the ultrasonic detection,manifestations of the ultrasonography and the limitations of the ultrasound diagnosis of the disease are discussed.
