摘    要:目的 探讨内质网应激相关蛋白CHOP/GADD153在胎儿生长受限(FGR)患者胎盘组织中的表达及意义.方法 选择2012年7月~2013年5月深圳市宝安区妇幼保健院FGR孕妇46例为FGR组,另选择孕龄正常孕妇34名为对照组.采用免疫组化法检测CHOP/GADD153在各组胎盘组织中的表达,并采用Tunnel法检测各组胎盘组织细胞凋亡率.结果 FGR组胎盘组织CHOP/GADD153免疫组化阳性表达率67.8%,明显高于对照组的14.7%,差异有高度统计学意义(x2=7.57,P<0.01);FGR组胎盘组织细胞凋亡率为(37.6±5.3)%,明显高于对照组的(12.3±1.5)%,差异有统计学意义(t=2.342,P<0.05).结论 内质网应激相关蛋白CHOP/GADD153介导的细胞凋亡与FGR的发生机制有关.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression and significance of endoplasmic reticulum stress homologous protein (CHOP/GADD153) in placenta of fetal growth restriction (FGR).Methods 46 patients with FGR from July 2012 to May 2013 in Bao'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Shenzhen City were selected as FGR group,34 normal pregnant women in the same term were selected as control group.Placental CHOP/GADD153 expression was evaluated by immunohistochemistry.Placental apoptosis was assessed by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labelling (Tunel) assay.Results The positive expression rate of CHOP/GADD153 in FGR group was 67.8%,which was higher than that in control group (14.7%),the differences were statistically significant (x2 =7.57,P 〈 0.01).The apoptotic ratio in FGR group was (37.6±5.3)%,which was higher than that in control group (12.3±1.5)%],the differences were statistically significant (t =2.342,P 〈 0.05).Conclusion Apoptosis mediated by endoplasmic reticulum stress homologous protein (CHOP/GADD153) is correlated with nosogenesis of FGR.
