| 摘 要： | 结直肠癌是一种常见的恶性肿瘤,近几年其发病率在全球范围内飙升.筛查可以早期发现病变,然而文献报道结直肠癌筛查顺应性不理想.由于社会多极性和文化多元性的存在,结直肠癌筛查的影响因素具有多样性.本综述剖析结直肠癌筛查影响因素的各项研究,可以为城市居民开展恶性肿瘤的二级预防工作提供理论借鉴,从而提高筛查率,达到早期诊治、降低病死率的目的.

| Abstract: | Colorectal cancer （CRC） is one of the common therioma. In recent years, the incidence rate is soaring in the global scope. Screening can detect CRC in the early stage. Nevertheless, the compliance of colorectal cancer screening is not ideal. Because of the existence of social muhipolarity and cultural diversity, influence factors of col- orectal cancer screening are diverse. Dissecting the relevant factors of colorectal cancer screening can provide actual theory reference for secondary prevention work of therioma, to diagnosis and reducing the case fatality rate. increase the rate of screening, achieving the goal of early |
