临床药师对肺部感染合并茶碱中毒患者的药学监护及用药分析简

目的 探讨临床药师如何协助临床医师对肺部感染合并茶碱中毒患者进行药学监护及用药分析.方法 盐城市第三人民医院临床药师参与其所在医院1例肺部感染并茶碱中毒病例会诊,把会诊前后用药情况进行总结并且对会诊后治疗措施进行分析.结果 经临床药师参与制订用药方案后患者取得满意的治疗效果并有效地避免了药物的毒副作用,药物间的相互作用和可能导致的药物不良反应.结论 临床药师参与临床,建立并完善用药监护要点,充分发挥药学专业技能,有利于患者安全、有效和合理的使用药物.

Analysis of pharmaceutical care and medication to patients with lung infection and theophylline intoxication carried by clinical pharmacists

Objective To explore how clinical pharmacists assist clinical doctors to carry out pharmaceutical care and medication analysis to patients with pulmonary infection and theophylline intoxication.Methods One case of pulmonary infection and theophylline intoxication in the Third People＇s Hospital of Yancheng City was consulted by clinical pharmacists,the medication before and after consultation were summarized and the therapeutic measures after consultation were analyzed.Results Clinical pharmacists＇ participation in medication achieved satisfactory therapeutic effects,and effectively avoided the side effects of drugs,drug interactions and adverse drug reactions.Conclusion Clinical pharma cists＇ participation may establish and perfect the key points in pharmaceutical care,make full use of their professional skills,and be helpful for patients to administer drugs more safely,effectively and reasonably.
