| 摘 要： | 目的观察液囊空肠导管在老年期痴呆患者中的置管成功率。方法资料收集来源于48例2012年7月～2013年7月人住绍兴市第六人民医院和浙江省立同德医院的阿尔茨海默病和血管性痴呆患者，对其应用常规留置胃管的方法将空肠导管插到胃内，通过胃蠕动将空肠管推到空肠，24h后，X线判断导管位置，观察患者生命体征：心率（HR）、收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）。对患者治疗前后的生命体征结果进行比较。结果48例阿尔茨海默病和血管性痴呆患者中，有44例置管成功，置管成功率为91．6％，24h内无反流，生命体征稳定。结论液囊空肠管操作简便，无创伤性，置管成功率高，值得临床上推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the success rate of liquid bag jejunum tube in Alzheimer disease. Methods 48 patients of Alzheimer disease and vascular dementia in the Sixth People＇s Hospital of Shaoxing City and Tongde Hospital of Zhejiang Province from July 2012 to July 2013 were treated with liquid bag jejunum tube, and the catheter position by X ray after 24 hours was observed. And the patients~ vital signs of HR, SBP, DBP were monitored. The results of vi- tal signs before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate in the 48 patients of Alzheimer dis- ease and vascular dementia was 91.6%. There was no gastroesophageal reflux after 24 hours. The 48 patients~ vital signs and other monitored parameters all appeared normal. Conclusion The method of liquid bag jejunum tube is easy to operate and noninvasive, and the success rate of liquid bag jejunum is high. So it＇s advisable to apply and expand this method. |
