一次性与常规根管治疗术治疗急性牙髓炎的效果比较简

目的探讨一次性与常规根管治疗术治疗急性牙髓炎的效果。方法选择2007年1月～2013年3月浙江省仙居县人民医院口腔科急性牙髓炎患者84例（100颗牙），将纳入患者分为观察组与对照组，两组患者分别予以一次性根管治疗与常规根管治疗。观察并比较两组患者治疗1周后的近期疗效，并随访比较治疗1年后的远期疗效。结果治疗1周后，观察组患者的临床总有效率（95．12％）明显高于对照组（79．07％），差异有统计学意义（x^2=4．75，P〈0．05）。治疗后随访1年，两组患者的远期临床总有效率比较（95．12％比90．70％），差异无统计学意义（x^2=0．13，P〉0．05）。结论一次性根管治疗术治疗急性牙髓炎的近期效果明显优于常规根管治疗，但两者的远期疗效相当，能达到同样的临床效果。

Curative effect comparison between one-time and routine root canal therapy for acute pulpitis

Objective To discuss the curative effect between one-time and routine root canal therapy for acute pulpitis. Methods 84 cases （100 teeth） of patients with acute pulpitis from January 2007 to March 2013 in People＇s Hospital of Xianju County were divided into the observation group and control group, who were given the one-time and routine root canal therapy respectively. The short-term efficiency of patients in the two groups after 1 week＇s treatment was ob- served, while long-term efficiency after 1 year＇s treatment was followed up and compared as well. Results After 1 week＇s medical treatment, the total clinical efficiency of patients in observation group （95.12%） was much higher than that in control group （79.07%）, with statistically significant difference （X2=4.75, P 〈 0.05）. After 1 year＇s followed up, the long-term total clinical efficiency of patient in two groups （95.12% vs 90.70%） had no statistically significant （X2= 0.13 ,P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The short-term efficiency of one-time root canal therapy for acute pulpitis is obviously better than that of routine root canal therapy, while the long-term efficiency of both are equivalent, which has the same curative effect.
