临床医学专业成人本科外科学教学改革的研究与实践

摘    要:目的探讨影响临床医学专业成人本科外科教学质量的因素,改进教学内容教学方法,为基层培养高端医学人才。方法对河北医科大学成教学院沧州校区临床本科2009级167名学生进行教学质量的影响因素和外科学教学效果调查;分析影响教学质量的主要因素,依据调研结果,对2011级学生的外科学教学内容和方式进行改革;设2009级学生167名为对照组,2011级228名为实验组。对实验组和对照组的外科学成绩、外科教学效果进行比较。结果外科学结课成绩实验组明显高于对照组(P〈0.01);问卷调查结果显示,外科专业知识、外科临床思维及处理能力实验组高于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P〈0.01);外科实践技能操作能力、临床专业知识、自我学习及再学习能力实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论通过建立成人外科学教学网络平台、模块教学、专题讲座等教学模式及方法的改革,可明显提高成人临床医学本科层次外科学的教学质量。

Abstract:Objective To improve teaching contents and teaching method, cultivate talents in medical field by dis- cussing the factors influenced teaching efficiency of surgery for adult education major in clinical. Methods 167 students of 2009 grade involved in this experiment to investigate the major factors which influenced teaching efficiency. Accord- ing to the research, making reform on teaching contents and teaching method for grade 2011. 167 students grade in 2009 were taken as the controls, 228 students of 2011 grade were taken as the experimental group. Compared with stu- dents" performance and teaching efficiency of surgery between these two groups. Results Experimental group was sig- nificantly higher than control group in students performance of surgery courses (P 〈 0.01). Questionnaire survey showed that experimental group was higher than control group obviously in surgery professional knowledge, clinical thinking and processing capacity (P 〈 0.01). The experimental group was also higher than the control group in surgical practice skills, clinical expertise, self-learning and re-learning ability (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Reform on surgery for adult education major in clinical such as setting up network platform, starting module teaching and special lecture, can improve teach- ing efficiency obviously.
