摘    要:脑源性神经营养因子是一种碱性蛋白,它能影响神经干细胞增殖、分化以及移行和存活.对受损的神经细胞具有保护作用。而高压氧治疗能增加脑梗死患者血清脑源性神经营养因子的表达。本文就近年来高压氧治疗对脑梗死患者血清脑源性神经营养因子影响的研究进展进行了综述。

Progress of the research about the effect of hyperbaric oxygen treatment on expression of the serum brain derived neurotrophic factor in patients with cerebral infarction

Abstract:Brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) is a kind of basic protein that has a protective effect on the damaged nerve cells,which can affect the proliferation, differentiation,migration and survival of the neural stern cells. Hyperbaric: oxygen therapy can increase the expression of serum BDNF among the patients with cerebral infarction. This paper reviews the progress of the research about the effect of hyperbaric oxygen treatment on expression of the serum brain derived neurotrophic factor in patients with cerebral infarction.
