放射性甲状腺癌合并慢性放射性甲状腺炎的相关问题探讨

目的探讨放射性甲状腺癌合并慢性放射性甲状腺炎的病理特点、诊断及两者的相关性。方法回顾分析汉中市中心医院肿瘤外科2011年6月~2013年7月收治的3例放射性甲状腺癌合并慢性放射性甲状腺炎患者的临床资料,对照国家制定的放射性甲状腺癌与慢性放射性甲状腺炎的诊断标准,进行分析探讨。结果 3例患者术后病理类型为甲状腺乳头状癌合并慢性淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎;根据最新诊断标准,2例诊断为放射性甲状腺癌合并慢性放射性甲状腺炎,1例仅诊断为甲状腺乳头状癌合并慢性放射性甲状腺炎,不能诊断为放射性甲状腺癌。结论放射性甲状腺癌的绝大多数病理类型为甲状腺乳头状癌;慢性淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎是慢性放射性甲状腺炎是一种病理类型;从事放射介入工作时间3年8个月,甚至更短时间,就能发生放射性甲状腺癌;慢性放射性甲状腺炎可以转变为放射性甲状腺癌。

Discussing of correlative problems of radioactive thyroid cancer combined with chronic radiation thyroiditis

Objective To investigative pathological features,diagnosis and correlation of radioactive thyroid cancer combined with chronic radiation thyroiditis.Methods The clinical data of 3 cases of radioactive thyroid cancer combined with chronic radiation thyroiditis in Hanzhong Center Hospital from June 2011 to July 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.All the patients were compared with diagnostic criteria of radioactive thyroid cancer and chronic radiation thyroiditis,the correlative problems were analyzed and discussed.Results The postoperative pathological types of 3 pa tients were considered as papillary thyroid cancer combined with chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis; according to the latest diagnostic criteria,2 cases were diagnosed as radioactive thyroid cancer combined with chronic radiation thyroiditis,1 case without radioactive thyroid cancer was only diagnosed as papillary thyroid cancer combined with chronic radiation thyroiditis.Conclusion Most pathological types of radioactive thyroid cancer are papillary thyroid cancer; Chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis is a pathological type of chronic radiation thyroiditis; Physicians who engage in radiological intervention work for 3 years and 8 months or even more short period of time will suffer from radioactive thyroid cancer; Chronic radiation thyroiditis can transform into radioactive thyroid cancer.
