溶栓治疗ST段抬高性急性心肌梗死的临床研究

目的探讨用阿昔单抗和氯吡格雷分别联合重组织型纤溶酶原激活剂（rt-PA）治疗sT段抬高性急性心肌梗死（STEMI）临床效果研究。方法对2010-02～2012-03就诊的ST段抬高性急性心肌梗死（STEMI）患者病例100例，采取不同的溶栓方法，分为阿昔单抗联合（rt-PA）组（治疗组）50例和氯吡格雷联合（rt—PA）组（对照组）50例；比较两组心电图、超声心动图、血管再通率。结果阿昔单抗联合（rt-PA）组与氯吡格雷联合（rt-PA）组比较血管再通率高18％（P〈0．05）；心电图（ECG）、超声心动图的改变分别高18％、20％（P〈0．05），均具有统计学意义。结论用比氯吡格雷联合（rt-PA和阿昔单抗联合，rt-PA）组）相比，后者效果明显应当予以临床上的广泛推广。

Clinical Study of Using Thrombolysis to Treat St - elevation Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objective To study clinical effects of using abciximab, clopidogrel combined with recombinant tissue plasminogen activator respectively to treat st - elevation acute myocardial infarction. Methods Chose 100 cases of these st- elevation acute myocardial infarction patients who have been treated at our hospital from February 2010 to March 2012 as study objectives, divided them into abciximab combined with rt -PA group （treatment group） and clopidogrel combined with rt -PA group（ control group） by using different thrombolysis methods, each group has 50 cases;Compared these two groups＇ electrocardiogram,nhrasonic cardiogram and rate of blood vessels. Results Treatment group＇s rate of blood vessels was 18% higher than control group＇s （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Its changes of electrocardiogram, ultrasonic cardiogram were 18% and 20% higher than control group＇s respectively （P 〈0. 05） ,it has statistics meaning. Conclusions Com pared with clopidogrel＇s combination with recombinant tissue plasminogen activator, abciximab＇s combination with recom binant tissue plasminogen activator has better clinical curative effects,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
