| 摘 要： | miRNA具有调控基因表达的作用,目前关于miRNA的发育和作用机制已经有了相对深入的研究。近些年来miRNA对寿命的影响正逐渐被人们所重视,对其作用靶点的进一步研究有利于治疗衰老相关疾病。
