透明质酸钠加优思明预防人工流产术后宫腔粘连的研究简

目的 研究透明质酸钠加优思明对预防人工流产术后宫腔粘连的疗效.方法 选取2012年1月～2013年3月来浙江省中西医结合医院门诊自愿行人工流产手术的患者400例,将其分为A组（透明质酸钠＋优思明组）、B组（透明质酸钠组）、C组（优思明组）和D组（对照组,仅按常规服抗生素及益母草颗粒剂）,每组100例.观察各组患者年龄、孕产次数、术后阴道流血持续时间和阴道流血量、首次月经复潮时间和月经量减少、发生周期性腹痛、发生阴道炎等,并比较各组患者子宫内膜厚度、孕囊最大径线和流产次数以及宫腔粘连发生率.结果 ①在术后阴道流血持续时间和阴道流血量,首次月经复潮时间和月经量是否减少、是否发生周期性腹痛、是否发生阴道炎方面比较,与D组比较,其他三组差异有统计学意义（x-2=6.012、7.541、7.187,P＜0.05）;上述指标A组明显优于B组和C组,差异有统计学意义（x-8.642、9.154,P＜0.05）.②与D组比较,其他三组子宫内膜明显增厚,差异有统计学意义（x2=11.471,P＜ 0.05）,且A组子宫内膜厚度明显比B组和C组厚,差异有统计学意义（x2=9.205,P＜0.05）.③各组患者粘连发生率比较,差异有统计学意义（x2=7.283,P＜0.05）.结论 透明质酸钠加优思明预防人工流产术后宫腔粘连是一种安全、有效的综合治疗措施.

Research of Sodium Hyaluronate combined with Yasmin to prevent intrauterine adhesions after abortion

Objective To study the treatment effect of Sodium Hyaluronate combined with Yasmin to prevent intrauterine adhesions after abortion.Methods 400 cases of women were performed artificial abortion voluntary from January 2012 to March 2013 in outpatient of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital of Zhejiang Province.And they were divided into group A （Sodium Hyaluronate combined with Yasmin）,group B （Sodium Hyaluronate）,group C （Yasmin） and group D （Antibiotics and herba leonuri granules） with each group of 100 cases.The age,frequency and duration of vaginal bleeding and postoperative pregnancy were observed and compared,including the first time menstruation after tide time and menstrual quantity reduce,cyclical abdominal pain,whether caused by intrauterine adhesions of the relationship between the occurrence and degree,and endometrial thickness,gestational sac diameter,abortion times and the incidence of intrauterine adhesions.Results ①Compare with group D,there were significant differences among group A,group B,group C （x2=6.012,7.541,7.187,P ＜ 0.05）; the above index in group A were obviously better than those in group B and group C （x2=8.642,9.154,P ＜ 0.05）.②Endometrial thickness in the other three groups was bigger than that in control group,with a significant difference （x2=1 1.471,P ＜ 0.05）,and endometrial thickness in group A was bigger than those in group B and C （x2=9.205,P ＜ 0.05）.③The incidence caused by intrauterine adhesions among the four groups had significant differences （x2=7.283,P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Sodium Hyaluronate combined with Yasmin to prevent intrauterine adhesions after abortion is a safe and effective combined therapy.
