一种空气净化器现场消毒效果观察

摘    要:一种空气净化器是应用溶菌酶杀菌滤材的新型空气消毒装置,为了解其动态空气消毒作用,进行了现场消毒效果观察。结果,在重症监护病房(ICU)开机作用1~4 h,可使消毒前菌数1581 cfu/m3降到163 cfu/m3,平均除菌率最高可达90.5%,空气中细菌数最低可降到150.0 cfu/m3。在开机1h之后,可使普通外科病房空气中菌数由1025 cfu/m3降为400 cfu/m3,平均除菌率最高为73.2%;对照组病房空气中平均细菌数始终维持在500~1000 cfu/m3左右。结论,该高效空气净化器具有较好的除菌效果,其体薄、躁声小,使用安全,可用于空气动态消毒。

Abstract:Air-cleaning screen is a new-type air disinfection device using lysozyme germicidal filter medium.In order to know its dynamic air disinfection effect,field disinfection efficacy was observed.Results: Operation of the device for 1~4 hr in ICU could reduce the bacterial count from 1581 cfu/m~3 before disinfection to 163 cfu/m~3,with average bacteria-eliminating rate attaining 90.5% at maximum and air bacteria count cecreasing to 150.0 cfu/m~3 at minimum.After operation of the device for 1 hr,the bacteria count in air of common surgical ward could be reduced from 1025 cfu/m~3 to 400 cfu/m~3,with average bacteria eliminating rate of 73.2% at maximum while the average bacteria count in air of control ward was maintained at about 500~1000 cfu/m~3. Conclusion: The air-cleaning screen has good efficacy in eliminating bacteria.It is thin,safe in use and has little noise.It can be used for dynamic disinfection of air.
