异丙嗪和氨溴索治疗毛细支气管炎的临床观察

目的观察异丙嗪和氨溴索辅助治疗毛细支气管炎的效果。方法将86例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为常规组和治疗组各43例,常规组采用抗病毒、抗感染、吸氧、平喘及对症治疗;治疗组在此基础上加用异丙嗪和氨溴索治疗。观察2组临床疗效。结果毛细支气管炎患儿常规治疗同时加用异丙嗪和氨溴索辅助治疗的疗效优于常规治疗,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论应用异丙嗪和氨溴索辅助治疗毛细支气管炎可缓解严重喘憋、咳嗽及缺氧症状,提高疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical study of Promethazine and Ambroxol on patients with Capillary bronchitis

Objective To observe the adjuvant treatment of promethazine ambroxol Capillary bronchitis.Methods Observation of nearly two years of hospital clinical diagnosis of Capillary bronchitis in pediatric hospital medicine,86 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,divided into the conventional group and treatment group,43 patients respectively.Conventional group were treated with anti-virus,anti-infection,oxygen,asthma and symptomatic treatment,the treatment group was based on the use of promethazine and ambroxol treatment.Results Conventional therapy in children with Capillary bronchitis were added promethazine and ambroxol adjuvant therapy,more effective than conventional treatment,statistically significant difference compared two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of ammonia and ambroxol promethazine adjuvant therapy can relieve severe bronchiol,wheezing,cough and symptoms of hypoxia,increasing efficacy,it is worthly promoting.
